Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. For our extrusion bottles, the minimum order is 25,000 bottles. For our injection bottles the minimum order is 50,000 bottles.

Where can I find brochures and drawings?

Drawings and brochures are available through our website in a pdf format but should you require hard copies, please contact customer service at 1-800-665-0954.

What are the F.O.B. points?

We have a manufacturing facility located in Etobicoke, Ontario and another in Cleveland, Tennessee.

What is the lead time?

Standard bottle orders are available with a 4 to 6 week lead time. During certain times of the year the lead times can fluctuate. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-665-0954 for an estimated delivery time.

How do I request information about resins and colorants?

You can contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-665-0954. Specs and data sheets pertaining to the resin or colorant of your request will be supplied. If we do not maintain an inventory of your particular component we will require time to acquire stock.

How do I request samples? Is there a cost?

Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-665-0954 with your Sample request. Our standard Sample Policy is 2 - 6 samples per request, shipped via ground service, free of charge. If you require immediate delivery we would ask that you provide a courier account number for a more timely delivery. Our Samples are no charge, however, in some cases in which many more bottles are required for line tests or retention sampling, some additional costs may apply.

How do I request Drug Master File Information?

Contact Customer Service at 1-800-665-0954 and a reference letter can be provided.

Can we have you ship our order and bill us back?

Yes. We will source a carrier with a competitive rate and add the freight charge to your invoice. If you have an account with an existing carrier, we can simply bill your account.
